GELATTEO born in fall of 2022 in NewYork. Inspired by Italian ice cream . Maintaining the high-quality raw materials and taste pursued by Gelato, combine the unique taste of gelato with fresh raw materials to create a healty new taste.

Ice cream is simple. There are only two fondation to create it: DAIRY and SUGAR.

But ice cream is also complex. The charm of ice cream lies in its balance, which allows solids, liquids and gases to exist in one space at the same time. The balance of the taste comes from the subtle game between the three states.Whether the ice cream is soft or hard, fresh or rich, the ever-changing taste is deduced on this basis.

Gelato, an ice cream originated from Italy with thousands years of history, is undoubtedly the star of countless ice cream categories. In the production of gelato, the proportion of milk and the content of air are far higher than ordinary ice cream, which gives it a delicate taste and aftertaste. At the same time, the countless taste of gelato makes it a synonym for surprise and attracts countless fans over the world.
