Visual Language Workshop
Trace
This project explores the relationship between form and meaning. We must design a set of symbols to form our visual language. We need to select 5-12 signs from the draft and use them to make paper items and two posters of species and collect five related items. At the end of the course, we will present our objects and browse the collection as a design workshop.

The idea of my project is about my life. Normal people lose a certain amount of hair every day. They often appear everywhere unexpectedly. In this project, I want to regard my hair as a part of me, which represents my influence and the traces around me. These fallen hair represent my moment now - in order to maintain a clean environment, the fallen hair will be wiped off, so it usually doesn't exist for a long time. It will only appear where you often stay. So I chose some elements around me and added "hair" representing myself and now, which is the core of my project idea.
